Description
Beginning in 1942, 1,800 Canadian and American men joined a Special Forces training unit at a US military base in the state of Montana for intensive training. These men would go on to form the First Special Service Force, a joint Canadian-American Special Forces unit that is remembered today by the militaries of both nations as a founding group for Special Forces.
