Return & Refund Policy
We pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and quality of our offerings. If a product from us does not meet you expectations, please let us know. Bullion Mart’s customer service team will work with you to find a solution- be it store credit, an exchange or a return.
Any issue, error or mistake must be notified to our team within three (3) business days of receiving your order. If a return has been deemed reasonable by our team, we will allow the return at your cost.
Payment charges from the transaction are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange. You are responsible for any and all charges including fraudulent chargebacks related to the return and exchange of the product such as administrative fee, processing cost or brokerage charges etc incurred by the business.
